Yesterday I had to sit at the tire store for an hour and a half to get a flat tire repaired because it had a nail in it. The store was busy and I had to wait. It seems like car work requires a lengthy wait in these parts. It won't be too much longer and the snowbirds will start leaving. Then the college kids will disappear for the summer. Tucson is a lot nicer then. The streets are empty. And it's not so hard to get appointments to fix your car or your plumbing. It's 110 degrees, but at least you can get stuff done. Yay! Almost there. Actually, it's about two months.
